7 Days Return

Prior to returning any items, Buyers should email us within 7 days of receipt of your orders. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER THESE 7 DAYS.

The parts should be then returned to us within 30 days of receipt of your orders. Re-stock fee may be applied, or return may be refused if the parts cannot be returned to us on time.

Subject to following conditions, you may return the parts to us with any reasons:

  • The parts are UNUSED, and in a re-saleable condition with original packaging.
  • No return for Electrical, Pre-owned and discounted Parts.
  • We also do not accept return for parts ordered or manufactured according to requested specifications
  • We are not responsible for the risk of misdelivered, lost, or damaged in transit of the returned parcels. Returns which arrive damaged or handled with an unreasonable extent may be refused.

After receiving the return parts, we will inspect and verified the parts if they meet the above conditions, full refund after deducting Paypal or Card charges will be issued.

The return carriage costs of would be on buyers. Carriage costs for the replacement goods will be due before despatch.

Return will be refused for damaged parts due to misuse or improper installation

 

Missing, Damaged or Incorrectly supplied Parts

Buyer should notify us of any missing, damages or incorrectly supplied parts to your order within 48 hours of receipt. After that we could not sure the claim could be raised and followed by the  delivering couriers. Please inform us by email and provide supporting documents and images to sales@911spareparts.com.
