After your order has been placed, we will check the products availability and confirm your order with receipt, a summary of order and the estimated dispatch date by email. Normally order would be dispatched within 3 business days.
If you have special delivery request or specific shipping arrangement, please let us know through email with full delivery address. We will send the shipping quotation via email.
We offer FREE delivery within Hong Kong, except some of the remote areas. Please send us email for more details.
We offer international shipping all over the world, shipping options are available in checkout page.
If you are using freight forwarder, please notify them once you received our confirmation email. We would not contact your forwarder on your behalf. They also have to inspect the content before leaving our warehouse. Should there be any disrupt or damage, please contact us immediately. We held no responsibilities when your order leave our warehouse.
Order would be denied if the delivery address is not valid, for example communal postal address or PO Box.
Taxes and Duties
Orders shipped outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. An international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. You are responsible to pay the taxes and duties that are imposed by the local authorities.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Parts
Buyers should notify us within 48 hours upon receiving order if there are any defects, missing, damages or incorrect parts in your order. Claim could not be made after 48 hours. Please inform us by email email@example.com and and provide supporting document and images.
